New Offices to serve the South America Market:

After a year of market research in South America, JDMV Holdings LP has opened offices in two key countries to serve the South American market.

This month JDMV Holdings LP opened an office in Lima, Peru to serve the agricultural market in Peru and other surrounding countries. Peru has a vast agricultural market, and we have found the technical personnel and agricultural distributors to reach it. Multiple field tests have already proven the effectiveness of the products to local farmers.

Brazil is the largest country in South America with many hectares of agricultural production – they have over 64 million hectares. The different soils and climates allows for large production of grain crops, fruits, coffee, and sugarcane. JDMV Holdings LP opened an office last month in the state of Sao Paulo. Sao Paulo is one of the larger agricultural states, with over 15 million hectares of production. The process of registering our product was started last June and should be completed by the end of the year. Extensive research on the most efficient methods and

locations to import are complete. We have assembled our sales and technical teams and are establishing sales contingent upon our registration.

We are excited about expanding these agricultural markets, and are using our successes in agriculture to open the door for our remediation products.

Our goal is to use these two countries to establish JDMV Holdings products and to expand into other countries, ultimately covering the entire continent.
